In addition to individual private suites for residents to call home, each floor has multiple sitting and activity areas.
What does living at The Gateway cost?
Living at The Gateway is affordable. The direct cost that residents pay will vary as The Gateway is a subsidized assisted living residence. The Gateway has a public private partnership with BC Housing and the Fraser Health Authority. Based on a financial assessment, your rent may be subsidized through the Independent Living BC rent supplement program. Eligible seniors will pay a monthly fee of 70% of their after-tax income for rent. Care services are funded by the Fraser Health Authority. Additional services are available at a cost. You will discuss costs with your Case Manager.
